Cookies and third-party content
- This website uses cookies needed for it to work and for security.

- Videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you choose to play them, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Maps load from Google only when you click “Show map”. When they load, YouTube and Google may set cookies under their own privacy policies.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website, access limited to staff who need it, and secure storage of patient records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive health information by regular email.
How long we keep information
We keep patient records for as long as required by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and other applicable laws. Enquiries that do not lead to care are kept only as long as needed to respond and then deleted.
